Reacher Season 4 promises brutal fights, catchphrases, and major book changes
The upcoming fourth season of Prime Video's *Reacher* is shaking up the formula, according to reports from /Film. The show's writers are apparently blasting through the source material at a breakneck pace right from the first episode, promising big changes from Lee Child's original books.
/Film also reports that the famously stoic Jack Reacher, played by Alan Ritchson, gets his own version of a sitcom-style catchphrase this season. In a move that seems aimed at giving the character a more memorable hook, the show is adding a signature line to his repertoire.
The action isn't holding back either. Per /Film, the season premiere delivers a fight scene that's reminiscent of a brutal John Wick movie moment, only they claim it's even more intense. Variety notes the season premieres August 12, with Ritchson's ex-military hero joined by a slew of new cast members for a fresh adventure.
