Rumor claims Nintendo eyeing OLED screen for Switch 2 model

A new report suggests the Switch 2 could get a flashier screen upgrade. According to ZDNet Korea, Nintendo is currently considering applying OLED technology to its latest console, per Nintendo Life.

The original Switch 2 is set to launch with an LCD panel. Rumors of a potential OLED model have been swirling since the system's reveal.

However, the outlet notes the move seems less likely right now due to rising tech costs and a reported Switch 2 price hike. It remains a possibility Nintendo is weighing.
