Sam Neill secretly filmed a role for the Legend of Zelda movie before his passing
The late Sam Neill secretly shot a part for the upcoming Legend of Zelda film before his death this summer, per /Film. The Jurassic Park star's performance will appear in the Nintendo and Sony live-action adaptation.
According to MovieWeb, this role is now confirmed to be one of Neill's final film appearances. Additional casting details reported by JoBlo include Yvonne Strahovski and Dichen Lachman joining the project.
Polygon notes that Neill completed his filming earlier this year. Nintendo Life, citing Deadline, reports the acclaimed actor's scenes were finished before his passing in July and will appear posthumously.
