Snoop Dogg biopic 'Snoop' gets summer 2027 release date
Grab your double cups, the Snoop Dogg movie is officially on the calendar. Per Variety, the R-rated biopic titled "Snoop" has been slated for an August 6, 2027 release by Universal Pictures.
The film will open in a crowded weekend, facing off against family flick "The Bluey Movie" and the action-comedy "Jason Statham Stole My Bike."
According to reports from Variety and TheWrap, "Outer Banks" star Jonathan Daviss has landed the coveted role of playing the iconic rapper. Craig Brewer is directing the project.
