Super Bomberman Collection Gets Surprise Free Update with Classic Game

The Super Bomberman Collection is getting a nice freebie next month. According to Nintendo Life, Konami will drop a surprise update on August 20th, 2026.

The free patch will add the Japanese-exclusive Super Famicom title 'Super Bomberman: Panic Bomber W' to the Switch and Switch 2 collection. This classic puzzle game originally launched back in 1995.

This update expands the collection with a blast from the past, giving fans a new (old) way to bomb blocks.
