VisionQuest Trailer Teases a WandaVision and Age of Ultron Sequel

Marvel Studios released a new trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series "VisionQuest," and according to /Film, it pitches the show as "the final vision" of a trilogy that started with "WandaVision" and continued through "Agatha All Along." The footage sees Vision reconnecting with his magically-created son, Tommy Maximoff, whose consciousness escaped being erased and now lives in a new body.
JoBlo's coverage notes the trailer is cerebral and teases Vision's return to a reality altered by Wanda Maximoff's past actions. The narrative, per /Film, will also heavily involve Ultron, the villain from "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
James Spader returns as Ultron, who is reportedly haunting Vision's "mind palace." The show will explore Vision's complex origins, as he is now a combination of the rebuilt robot body from "WandaVision" and the memories of the magically resurrected version.
The trailer suggests Vision will have to confront his "daddy issues" with his creator, Ultron, while also attempting to be a father to his rediscovered son, Tommy. /Film reports that the series is set to debut on Disney+ on October 14, 2026.
