Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav cashes out another $59 million in stock
Warner Bros. Discovery boss David Zaslav is making a major withdrawal from the company bank. According to filings reported by Variety, he's selling roughly 2.18 million shares, valued at nearly $60 million.
This comes as the pending takeover of WBD by Paramount Skydance remains up in the air, with TheWrap noting the deal faces a legal challenge. Zaslav is reportedly set to leave the company in the coming months.
The latest sale brings Zaslav's total cash-out to a staggering figure. TheWrap reports the CEO has already unloaded $114 million worth of stock in the studio he currently runs.
