Then it did something we rarely see. It reversed. 80 on Wednesday. 83 on Thursday. 84 on Friday, 85 on Saturday, and 86 by Sunday morning, at our highest confidence tier, built on 3,586 scored reactions. What people actually praise
The praise is specific. Acting scores 94 out of 100 among reactions that mention it, and that is mostly one man's doing: Tom Holland shows up in 475 reactions, three quarters of them positive. The visuals score 91 and the humor 89.
The supporting cast is a more mixed story. Jon Bernthal's Punisher makes a huge impression in limited screen time, 86 percent positive. Sadie Sink's Jean Grey splits the room at 59 percent. And the one consistent complaint is pacing, which scores just 34: a vocal group says the middle of the film drags.
