This is a crowd-pleasing Spider-Man movie where Tom Holland shines as a Peter Parker trying to hold it together in a lonely new status quo. While the story of an invisible villain doesn't feel particularly fresh, the performances and chemistry are a huge win, with Jon Bernthal's Punisher getting specific praise for his brutal cameo. The main gripe is the pacing, which a lot of people found choppy, especially in the middle act. Still, the humor lands, the action looks great, and it's a fun ride that most fans seem to really enjoy.
