Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II is a mixed bag where the core concept — the fast-paced tactical combat between Necrons and the Omnissiah's followers — lands decently. But that's about all that does, as the developer, Bulwark Studios, is getting absolutely slammed by players for some reason. There's a vocal, angry consensus that the game is a technical disaster on PC and consoles, with performance being a total non-starter. It's a shame, because the Warhammer 40k atmosphere and the strategic management layer seem solid for those who can get past the jank.
