What people are saying
Updated nightlyThe long-delayed Ali G comeback mostly lands with a thud, with many finding the character's shtick painfully outdated. Sacha Baron Cohen's performance is the central talking point, but the consensus is that it can't salvage a thin story about the character heading to America to provide for his pregnant girlfriend. While some appreciated the scattergun humor and a few cameos, like A$AP Rocky and Rihanna, the reaction is overwhelmingly split between shrugs and active dislike for the whole premise.
