Updated nightlyThe buzz around "La bola negra" is overwhelmingly positive, with people excited about the promise of a visually stunning and original story linking three men across different eras. The directors, known as Los Javis (Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi), are a huge draw, and the humor and acting are scoring high marks. A few are raising questions about the pacing, but the main conversation is about anticipation for the cast, including Penélope Cruz and Guitarricadelafuente, and how the central, enigmatic "bola negra" itself will tie the threads of desire and legacy together.
