The Real Review
This thing is a mess, and most people who talk about it are not having a good time. Duke Nicholson, as the young deputy Toby Sawyer, gets stuck watching a body that vanishes, but the whole setup feels generic and the execution is flat. The cast, which includes William H. Macy and Tiffany Haddish, can't seem to lift the material, with a few people finding it unintentionally dull more than anything else. It's a rare misfire that struggles to find any real fans.
