Charlotte MacInnes appeals defamation case loss against Rebel Wilson

The legal drama between Rebel Wilson and 'The Deb' star Charlotte MacInnes isn't over. MacInnes has officially filed an appeal after a judge dismissed her defamation and breach-of-confidence case against Wilson last week.

According to Variety, MacInnes is challenging the court's finding that Wilson's Instagram posts were not defamatory and did not cause serious harm to her reputation. The notice was filed just one day after Justice Elizabeth Raper ruled in Wilson's favor.
