Ex-Pokémon exec sued over hidden bathroom camera allegations
A former director of engineering at The Pokémon Company is facing a class-action lawsuit after a hidden video camera was allegedly discovered in a company bathroom. The suit claims the device was placed to record women and girls, IGN reports.
The executive, who worked at the Bellevue, Washington headquarters, is accused of concealing the camera. The discovery has now led to legal action on behalf of those potentially filmed.
According to the outlet, the lawsuit is a direct result of the camera being found in the office bathroom. The Pokémon Company has not yet publicly commented on the allegations.
