Jaafar Jackson joins Will Smith in prison action thriller 'Supermax'
Jaafar Jackson is trading the King of Pop for the King of Summer Action. The Hollywood Reporter confirms the 'Michael' star has boarded the upcoming action thriller 'Supermax', which also features Will Smith.
Directed by David Gordon Green, the film follows FBI agents investigating a murder within a maximum security prison. Per JoBlo, Jackson is set for a central role in the project, which is being produced for Amazon MGM Studios.
This marks a major follow-up for Jackson, who received acclaim for his portrayal of his uncle in the recent biopic.
