Simon Pegg, Mark Duplass, Haley Joel Osment star in dark comedy 'My Phone Died'

A new dark comedy called 'My Phone Died' is rounding out its cast with some familiar faces. According to a report from Variety, Simon Pegg, Mark Duplass, and Haley Joel Osment are all attached to star in the film.

Pegg, known for the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise, is set to play a Hollywood agent. Duplass, from 'The Morning Show,' and Osment, of 'The Sixth Sense,' will also take on starring roles.

The film is set to begin shooting in the spring of 2027. It comes from the filmmaking duo Hannah Leder and an unnamed collaborator.

The sales rights for the project have been picked up by Hyde Park Entertainment Group, which will handle the film's international sales at the upcoming Berlin film market.
