Mike Flanagan's Carrie reboot drops its first spooky trailer

Horror maestro Mike Flanagan is taking another swing at Stephen King, this time with a miniseries reboot of the author's classic tale, Carrie. Per /Film, the trailer has just arrived, teasing Flanagan's re-imagined take on the story.

The series is heading to Prime Video, MovieWeb reports, promising a modern twist on one of King's most beloved and horrific works. Flanagan, known for recent King adaptations like 'Doctor Sleep' and 'The Life Of Chuck,' is tackling the author's very first published novel.

Fans can now get their first official look at the new version of the telekinetic terror, Carrie White. The trailer promises the familiar high school horror, but filtered through Flanagan's signature atmospheric and character-driven lens.
