PlayStation Asia reportedly leaks next Stalker 2 update a week early

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl appears to have had its next major update leaked online a week before its scheduled arrival.

According to a report from Eurogamer, an official graphic for the unannounced 'Update 2.1' was posted early on the PlayStation Asia Twitter/X account. The now-live post listed several highlights for the patch under the name 'The Zone Lookout'.

The leaked details, per the image, include an increase in the visual range for A-Life NPCs, adjustments to combat and ballistics, and a new fast travel feature that works with squad leaders. The post also noted various bug fixes and general improvements.

While the graphic claimed the update was 'out now,' Eurogamer reports it is not expected to launch until next week. The patch follows Update 2.0, which arrived in August alongside the Cost of Hope expansion.
