The reactions are pretty split on this third outing, with Millie Bobby Brown’s performance as Enola being the clear anchor — it’s the one aspect that consistently lands for people, even if the film itself is a mixed bag. The story, which sends Enola to Malta for a wedding that gets derailed by Sherlock’s disappearance, gets panned as tired and unoriginal, dragging the whole thing down.
