Updated nightlyReactions to the "Jailer 2" news are pretty split, leaning slightly more mixed than positive. The big story is Rajinikanth's return as the ruthless former cop Muthuvel Pandian, but it seems a lot of the chatter is just about his star power and the idea of a sequel, not necessarily excitement. Mentions of director Nelson and composer Anirudh get some reactions, but they're all over the map, from positive to confused. A few people are hyped for the plot about Pandian facing the consequences against the antique mafia, but overall, the vibe is cautious.
