The film
In 2008, the graduating class of North Meadows High School had their senior year cut short due to a disastrous tornado. Now in their mid-30s, they're being forced to return home and finish high school once and for all.
This one's a coin toss, with a slight edge to the people who found something to like. The hook about a tornado forcing a class back to high school in their thirties is a fun idea, but the actual story and humor execution split the crowd. While some of the jokes land, the plot itself feels thin and the pacing is a real drag, with a lot of complaints aimed at director Marty Schousboe. The cast is a mixed bag, with Gary Richardson's Curtis getting a few big laughs and Sofia Black-D'Elia's Katie having her moments, but John Reynolds' Sunny Football leaves many viewers cold.
