Elder Scrolls 6 merch hits store as fans spin wild release theories

Bethesda is already selling official hoodies and shirts for *The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel*, IGN reports. The items, priced at $64.99 and $34.99 respectively, are available in the developer's online shop.

According to IGN, the merch is a black hoodie and t-shirt featuring the Sentinel logo. A note for shoppers warns the hoodie runs small and recommends ordering a size up. The store listing encourages fans to show off their excitement for the upcoming RPG.

This comes as fans are already deep into speculation after a brief teaser. Per Eurogamer, the clip showed desert sand, revealed the Sentinel subtitle, and featured a cryptic quote from a character named Yazar, a Moth Priest. Fans on forums are theorizing about split timelines, the return of the Thalmor as antagonists, and even connections to the Numidium from *The Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall*.

However, all this buzz is for a game that's reportedly a long way off. PC Gamer reports that journalist Jason Schreier stated *Sentinel* is "more than two years away." This timeline has prompted some fans to concoct hopeful theories about a surprise release date hidden in the teaser or a potential 2027 launch, per the outlet. Schreier reiterated his reporting was based on accurate information, not speculation.
