That bonus scene, per the outlets, shows Sergeant Johnson relaxing on a beach from the original game's story, with the sequence serving as a heavy-handed wink to fans.
Push Square bluntly states the cutscene 'basically confirmed' the studio is working on a Halo 2 remake, likely on the same scale as the Halo 1 remake. The tease arrives amid a rough month for Xbox, as reported by Eurogamer.
