Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls reveals first DLC character and Wolverine crossover
The Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls hype is real. At San Diego Comic-Con 2026, the PS5 and PC fighter unveiled its opening movie, which Push Square called "anime as hell" and demanded a full series.
The first Year 1 DLC character is Phoenix Cyclops, per Push Square. An unexpected addition, the character will launch this fall.
In a wild crossover move, Marvel's Wolverine PS5 and Marvel Tōkon will feature free costume swaps. Kotaku reports Insomniac and Arc System Works are collaborating, with Logan's Tōkon suit playfully confirming his short king status. Sony wants the PS5 to be superhero central, according to Push Square.
