Pan's Labyrinth anniversary books feature rare concept art and full script
Two official books are hitting shelves to mark two decades since Guillermo del Toro's "Pan's Labyrinth" first appeared, according to Variety.
Insight Editions is publishing "Pan's Labyrinth: The Complete Screenplay" and "Guillermo del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth: Inside the Creation of a Modern Fairytale - 20th Anniversary Edition."
The latter book, "Inside the Creation of a Modern Fairy Tale," was crafted in close collaboration with the director himself. It promises a deep dive into the making of the dark fantasy classic.
Readers can expect to see rare concept art from the film's development that has never been widely published before. The volume also includes the film's full shooting script.
The pair of releases offer fans a comprehensive look behind the scenes of the Oscar-winning film as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
