Samuel L Jackson's 'Tulsa King' Spin-Off 'Frisco King' Reveals First Photos
Samuel L. Jackson is taking the reins of his own corner of the "Tulsa King" world. Per MovieWeb, Paramount+ is moving forward with a spin-off titled "Frisco King," starring Jackson as his original character, Russell Lee Washington Jr.
Jackson's character is a New York enforcer with a past connection to Sylvester Stallone's Dwight "The General" Manfredi. The new solo project will expand Washington's story, with a cast including "X-Men" star Asa Germann.
TV Insider released a batch of new photos from the series. The images show Jackson's character in a variety of sharp suits and casual wear. The pictures also feature several new cast members joining the franchise.
Notably, one shot confirms Stallone will reprise his role as Manfredi, showing him shaking hands with Jackson's Washington. The setting shifts from Oklahoma to the show's new home base of Frisco, Texas.
The series is currently gearing up for its release on Paramount+.
