Minecraft Dungeons II

Minecraft Dungeons II is a Mojang Studios action adventure where you ditch the pickaxe, swing a sword, and try to save two worlds, and the reaction is only mildly positive. People like the graphics, the open world feel, and the nod to the first game, but the actual loop lands around average. The real problem is how it runs, with performance complaints sticking out hard, especially on PC, Linux, Steam Deck, and Switch 2, and value and difficulty also drag it down. Artifacts and enchantments rub players the wrong way, while story and multiplayer feel okay at best. If you want the look and the original Minecraft combat, it can be fun, but the jank and tuning make it hard to call a must buy.
