The premise of Achilles dragged into the modern world lands as truly bonkers, which is a huge plus, people love how unapologetically original and funny the idea is. That said, it all feels uniquely cheap, with the acting and cheap-looking visuals getting roasted. Even George Tounas, who carries the film as Achilles, gets a divided reaction. It’s a wild ride people mostly enjoy, but they’re laughing *at* it as much as they are with it.
