What people are saying
Updated nightlyThis is a solid survival flick that works because of its two leads, though opinions on Brad Pitt's performance are sharply divided. He's out there as Special Forces officer James Belmont, stranded after a plane crash with his combat dog Odin, and while some find him compelling, nearly as many think he's just okay. The real star is Odin, with the dog's performance being a huge, widely loved highlight. The Alaskan wilderness looks stunning, and the story of man and dog against the elements is gripping enough, even if the plot feels familiar and the pacing drags in spots for some viewers.
