The real review
John Cena is solid as the uptight Rudd, but Eric André is the runaway star as his chaotic brother Marcus — people love him. The humor mostly lands, but the story is widely seen as generic and totally unoriginal, which drags the whole thing down. It’s a classic case of a fun, well-acted buddy dynamic trapped in a plot you’ve seen a hundred times before.
