Barbie sequel reportedly stuck in limbo over star contracts at Warner Bros
Warner Bros. has hit a snag in its plans for another trip to Barbieland. According to a report from TheWrap, a potential sequel to last year's blockbuster 'Barbie' is currently stalled.
The holdup is reportedly over contracts for the film's central stars. The studio has until December to lock down deals with Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, as well as filmmaker Greta Gerwig, before the rights to the property revert back to toy giant Mattel.
