Capcom building life-sized Leon Kennedy statue for Resident Evil s 30th
Capcom is going big to mark Resident Evil's 30th anniversary, according to a report from IGN. The company is commissioning a life-sized statue of the franchise's popular hero, Leon S. Kennedy, for an upcoming exhibition in Tokyo's Shibuya district.
IGN notes that the internet is, predictably, not reacting to the news in a calm manner. Fans are already losing their collective minds over the prospect of a full-scale version of the survival horror icon.
The statue will be a centerpiece for the anniversary event, celebrating three decades of zombies, tyrants, and very poor inventory management.
