Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Gets Two Free Anniversary Updates This Week

Bandai Namco is dropping a pair of free updates for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 this week to mark its ten-year milestone, as reported by IGN.

The first wave arrives on October 27. This update will add daily login gifts, new outfit options, and fresh content for the Gallery of Time feature tied to the game's Future Saga DLC.

A second, larger event called the Final Festival of Universes begins on October 30. Per the official description, players can deepen bonds with characters like Trunks or Fu to unlock exclusive artwork. The event also brings back rare items and massively boosts earned Star Coins for redeeming rewards.

IGN notes this celebration seems like a sendoff for the sequel, as the long-awaited Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 is in development. That title was recently given a broad 2027 release window.

All the new anniversary content is free for owners of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms.
