Rumored Lucia actress dodges GTA 6 fan questions in viral livestream

An actress widely believed to be the star of Grand Theft Auto 6 went viral for expertly avoiding a flood of related comments during a recent live broadcast, as reported by IGN.

Manni L. Perez, who fans have long theorized is playing protagonist Lucia, hosted a 12-minute Instagram stream. She discussed her life in a small town, living in a studio apartment with her dog, and her love of cooking and trucks. Throughout, she ignored a torrent of messages mentioning the game and its characters.

When viewers suggested she must be wealthy from the role, Perez pushed back. "I'm a regular person," she said, per the outlet's transcript. She described her modest living situation and stated she does everything on her own.

Rockstar Games has not confirmed casting for the November release. Perez's past acting credits include appearances on shows like 'Jessica Jones' and a small role in Rockstar's own GTA Online as a casino card dealer.

Fans also speculate actor Dylan Rourke may play the character Jason, though this also remains unconfirmed. The only actor officially linked to the project is Stephen Root, who stated he plays a drug trafficker named Brian Heder.
