George R R Martin's Favorite Thrones Spinoff Officially Gets Season 2
Great news for Westeros fans, at least according to the guy who started it all. The Game of Thrones spin-off A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which George R R Martin has previously called his favorite, has officially landed a Season 2 renewal.
Per Collider, the show has received what they describe as a colossal update. The series, also known as The Hedge Knight, is based on Martin's Dunk and Egg novellas.
This greenlight comes as the show is still in production on its first season. It seems HBO is betting big on this prequel tale, even before audiences have seen a single frame.
