Hasbro's 'Action Man' is getting a movie with Marvel talent behind it

An 'Action Man' movie is officially in development at Hasbro, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The project is currently operating under a working title.

The script is being written by Simon Hatt, a producer on the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' films, and Anthony Sellitti, a writer on 'X-Men '97'. Veteran Marvel producer Jeremy Latcham is attached to produce the adaptation of the classic British toy line.
