Inherit horror sequel greenlit with Davika Hoorne returning

Director Banjong Pisanthanakun has confirmed a sequel to his psychological horror film "Inherit" is in the works. The Thai filmmaker, known for hits like "Shutter", spilled the exclusive news to Variety.

Star Davika Hoorne is already set to reprise her role in the upcoming follow-up, according to the director's announcement.

The original "Inherit" made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival back in September as a Centrepiece selection. It is currently set to close the Jakarta World Cinema festival.
