Marvel Drops New Avengers Doomsday Clip During World Series Broadcast
Marvel Studios aired a brand new commercial for the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday during Game 1 of the World Series, /Film reports.
The footage gave fans a few more glimpses at the massive superhero team-up. It shows Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, appearing bothered by Steve Rogers wielding his hammer Mjolnir.
A brief comedic moment features Ant-Man, portrayed by Paul Rudd, awkwardly calling Steve 'Cap' right in front of the current Captain America, Sam Wilson. The clip shows Ant-Man quickly trying to correct his mistake.
The new footage also includes a scene with the Fantastic Four's Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm playing baseball. The moment cuts off as Reed looks to the sky, seemingly surprised by an interruption.
Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to hit theaters on December 18, 2026.
