Mike Flanagan Says The Dark Tower and The Mist Are Moving Forward
Horror maestro Mike Flanagan is keeping busy with two Stephen King projects, according to an update shared with JoBlo.
He confirmed his long-gestating adaptation of King's epic fantasy series, The Dark Tower, is still "very much on the table." The project remains in active development.
Flanagan also revealed he is currently in the writing phase for a new adaptation of The Mist. This will be a fresh take on the classic King novella about a small town engulfed by a mysterious and deadly fog.
Both projects are moving ahead under Flanagan's Intrepid Pictures banner.
