Next mainline God of War to follow Kratos after the Laufey DLC

The next major God of War game starring Kratos will directly follow the events of the Laufey DLC. According to Eurogamer, creative director Cory Barlog confirmed the story will connect to that recent chapter.

This confirmation comes straight from Santa Monica Studio's head of creative. Barlog didn't reveal more details, but it sets a clear direction for the Ghost of Sparta's next adventure.

Fans now know the next saga is already mapped out, picking up right where the Laufey content left off.
