Paul Walter Hauser explains Epstein ranch pin worn to Resident Evil premiere
Paul Walter Hauser used his appearance at the 'Resident Evil' premiere Tuesday night in Los Angeles to make a political statement, according to Variety.
The actor wore a pin on his black T-shirt displaying coordinates. He explained to Variety that the numbers pointed to the Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, a property once owned by the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Hauser said he wanted to bring attention to 'evil people who are surreptitious.' He called the ranch 'shrouded in mystery' and expressed concern that a church later purchased it.
The actor has previously criticized Hollywood's silence on the release of Epstein-related files. In a February Instagram post reported by Variety, he questioned why more voices weren't speaking up against the alleged crimes detailed within them.
His T-shirt at the premiere also featured text referencing a conspiracy theory about filmmaker Stanley Kubrick's death, which Hauser said was just 'fun.'
