Prime Video sets October premiere for Mike Flanagan's 'Carrie' series
Prime Video has finally given fans a release date for its upcoming horror series. Showrunner Mike Flanagan announced all eight episodes of his adaptation of Stephen King's 'Carrie' will debut on October 7.
The reveal came at the end of a panel for the series at San Diego Comic-Con, per The Hollywood Reporter. A new teaser was also shown to the assembled crowd.
Flanagan is now bringing his brand of horror to King's classic novel about a bullied teenager with telekinetic powers.
