Stellar Blade Hits Switch 2 In November With Full Physical Cartridge
Stellar Blade is officially launching for the Switch 2 this fall, and it's bringing a proper cartridge with it. Per Nintendo Life, the action game will arrive on November 5 as the 'Complete Edition.'
The digital version will cost $59.99, with pre-orders live on the eShop. For collectors, a physical steelbook edition is also available for pre-order at $69.99 from retailer Panax. Nintendo Life confirms this is a 'complete on-cartridge' release, not a game-key card.
The Switch 2 version will also feature a Bayonetta crossover. The release date trailer showed four collaboration outfits, including suits based on Bayonetta, Nun, and Jeanne. Developer Shift Up is keeping the fourth costume secret for now.
All pre-orders, digital or physical, will include bonus cosmetic items for the game's protagonist, EVE. This pits the game's release directly against another major November 5 title, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which was also featured in the recent Nintendo Direct.
