'The Morning Show' to end with fifth and final season in 2027
The alarm is about to sound for the last time on 'The Morning Show.' Apple TV has decided to end its flagship drama after its upcoming fifth season, according to reports from Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.
Jennifer Aniston confirmed the series will return for its final bow in 2027. 'We were so fortunate to craft the conclusion with intentionality, and honor these characters the way they deserve,' Aniston told The Hollywood Reporter.
The series, starring Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, was one of Apple TV's very first scripted originals. Its planned finale marks the end of an era for the streaming service.
