'Widow's Bay' leads Apple TV's haul on Creative Arts Emmys Night 2
Apple TV's comedy 'Widow's Bay' dominated the second night of the Creative Arts Emmys, walking away with eight trophies, according to Variety.
The haul puts the show firmly in the frontrunner position among comedy contenders heading into the upcoming Primetime ceremony scheduled for September 14. Apple TV had a massive night overall, scoring 18 Emmy wins in total across its programming slate.
Other notable winners included 'DTF: St. Louis' and 'Spider-Noir', despite the latter series having been canceled. The full list of winners for the night was published by the outlet.
The awards cover a range of below-the-line categories such as casting, costumes, and other technical crafts, which are handed out separately from the major Primetime Emmy categories.
