The hook is a nun trying to exorcise a demon on a runaway train, and the visuals for that chaos are the one thing nobody complains about. Katie Cassidy, as Sister Lu, gets a lot of the attention, but the reactions to her performance are split right down the middle. The story and pacing get slammed as clunky and dull, which is a pretty big problem for a movie about a speeding train. William H. Macy's Father Novak doesn't make much of an impression either. It ends up feeling like a cool visual idea stuck in a script that doesn't know what to do with it.
