Other Mommy

What people are saying
Updated nightlyJessica Chastain is the big name, playing Mommy and the Other Mommy, and reactions to her are split. The acting gets the strongest support, while the story, pacing, and originality are where the film loses people. Rob Savage’s direction doesn’t win much goodwill, and the ending leaves viewers unsatisfied. Arabella Olivia Clark’s Bela invites Coraline comparisons, but she doesn’t land as well as Chastain’s creepy double. Jay Duplass, Dichen Lachman, and Arian Moayed don’t win fans, while Karen Allen lands better than most of the supporting cast.
