Hellraiser: Revival demo drops on Steam with a gory new trailer
A fresh demo for Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is now playable on Steam, per Eurogamer. The full game is set to launch on October 8.
The demo release coincided with a new trailer titled "Scarlet Church." The footage shows a cult trying to create a corrupted paradise within the Hellraiser universe. The outlet notes the preview contains graphic content including violence and gore.
In the demo, players can navigate the Labyrinth and confront the Scarlet Church faction, which has seized the iconic puzzle box known as the Genesis Configuration. It offers a first look at core gameplay like combat and puzzle-solving, though progress will not transfer to the final game.
Pre-orders are currently open. The standard edition is priced at £35, while a Deluxe Edition costs £45. Both versions include exclusive cosmetic weapon skins available at launch.
Two separate Collector's Editions are also available for pre-order. These physical sets come with licensed merchandise and include all the bonuses from the Deluxe Edition.
Eurogamer reports the game is scheduled for release on October 8, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch 2.
