Simon Pegg to Voice Balrog in Rings of Power Season 3, Trailer Shows War
The first trailer for Season 3 of Prime Video's 'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power' has dropped, and it's packed with action. Per The Hollywood Reporter, the preview shows Sauron forging the One Ring as the forces of Middle-earth go to war.
In a casting surprise, Simon Pegg has joined the fantasy series. TVLine reports Pegg will voice the Balrog in the upcoming season. The news came out of the show's San Diego Comic-Con panel.
In other Prime Video news, 'Blade Runner 2099' has a release date. According to TVLine, the cyberpunk series starring Hunter Schafer and Michelle Yeoh debuted its first trailer at the event, revealing when it will stream.
